This is a Ligustrum or Ligustrum japonicum that our landscape company installed at the entrance of Stonelake Ranch in Thonotasassa, Fl. The Ligustrum is native to Asia and is a popular commercial shrub or tree which is rugged and has a fast growth rate. It's fairly cold hardy as well thriving in USDA hardiness zones 8-10. They are capable of reaching heights of 20' but usually seen in the 6-12' range.
